Single Doctor GYN Practice

An established urogynecologist wanted to take his 20+ year old solo physician practice to the next level. Learn how he was able to more than double his business, open 2 new locations, and hire 4 new providers.

Our Challenge.

This founding physician experienced a plateau in his business due to an outdated brand and marketing strategies. He needed to significantly grow his revenue to open an ASC, more clinic offices, and recruit new physicians to join his practice.

Monthly new patients increased steadily from 80 to over 350 in just 11 months!

Monthly call volume from potential patients to our client increased 327% in 10 months, from 642 in April 2019 to 2,743 in February 2020.

Our Solution

Our team built a completely new Gynecology brand from scratch including website, office decor, and marketing collateral. Once his brand was ready for primetime, we launched a full digital marketing campaign to attract the right type of patients to his practice. By focusing on key disease states, this physician was able to scale his revenue fast. We simultaneously transformed the way his staff answered the phone, ensuring new inbound calls turned into profitable patients. Finally, we helped him hire a dedicated field sales rep to market his brand to referring providers in the area.

Our Client’s, Results.

New patient volume in the first 5 months working with our team more than tripled, from 80 in month 1 to over 260 in month 5. Our client had to hire a second PA to assist him in clinic just to keep up with demand. The phone literally never stopped ringing, increasing from 30 per day to over 135 PER DAY. This physician was able to open his own ASC and increase his income further from facility fees that used to go to his local hospital. His new patient referrals from other physicians in the area increased dramatically thanks to his new, dedicated physician liaison.
