Gwinnett Medical ranks in the top 5% in the nation for clinical quality and advertises an impressive 553 beds for its patients. This healthcare network provides several specialized services including a Level II trauma center and da Vinci®- robotic surgery. Gwinnett Medical Center wanted to provide better healthcare through enterprise. However, they understood that the concept of enterprise style healthcare is an untraditional, newer concept in the South. With 75% of patients in the South seeking medical care through private physicians, Gwinnett Medical identified the need to educate the public on using large scale networks to access all forms of healthcare. They wanted to build a sense of trust and confidence amongst potential patients and inform people the benefit of enterprise healthcare: One big doctor’s office that has the resources for all medical needs.

In order to help Gwinnett Medical Center inform the public on enterprise healthcare, Frenik produced educational videos that talked about the different services offered by Gwinnett Medical. Several of these videos were health tips, for example, reminders to schedule physicals, that used Gwinnett Medical Center facilities as platforms to achieve a healthier lifestyle. Frenik also created white board-style videos to make information about healthcare access through Gwinnett Medical Center visually appealing, entertaining and easy to understand. Through the different videos, Frenik was able to better establish Gwinnett Medical Center’s brand as one trustworthy, reliable source for all medical services and needs.
